Dr. Reinstein obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Master of Science degrees from Kansas State University and completed her fellowship and residency in Ophthalmology at The Matthew J. Ryan Veterinary Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Andrew Rosenberg earned his Bachelor of Science with distinction in research from Cornell University in 2005 and Cornell Veterinary School in 2009. He completed his 3-year dermatology residency with Animal Dermatology Clinic in southern California in 2013 and achieved Diplomate status with the America College of Veterinary Dermatology in the same year.

Dr. Rachel Starr graduated from Michigan State University, College of Veterinary Medicine, in 2000. She began her work as a veterinarian as a mixed animal practitioner in rural Ohio and then as a shelter veterinarian in Columbus, OH. She moved back to Michigan in 2005 and become a small animal veterinarian in the Traverse City area.
