Dr. Eric Stoopler, DMD, FAAHD, FICD, FDSRCS, FDSRCPS, FDTFEd, Dipl. ABOM, ABSCD
Dr. Stoopler is a Professor of Oral Medicine at Penn Dental Medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at S.U.N.Y Binghamton in 1994 and earned his DMD from Penn in 1999. Dr. Stoopler completed a General Practice Residency at the Brooklyn VA Hospital in 2000 and an Oral Medicine Fellowship at Penn in 2002. Dr. Stoopler holds Fellowship in The American Association of Hospital Dentists, The International College of Dentists, The Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh, England), The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Glasgow) and is a Diplomate of The American Board of Oral Medicine and The American Board of Special Care Dentistry. Currently, he maintains an active clinical oral medicine practice at Penn Medicine and is a Consultant to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Endodontic Disease, is There Room for Improvement?  
Dr. Shane White, BDentSc, MS, MA, PhD

Shane White is a Professor of Dentistry at the UCLA School of Dentistry, in the Section of Endodontics. A native of Ireland, he received his dental training from Trinity College Dublin. He spent several years in general practice and part-time teaching in Dublin before moving to California, where he received a master's degree in Oral Biology and specialty residency training in Prosthodontics as well as in Endodontics from UCLA, and a PhD in Craniofacial Biology from USC. He enjoys teaching in D.D.S. programs; post D.D.S. programs, endodontic and prosthodontic residency / specialty certificate programs; mentoring student researchers; as well as providing continuing education for practicing general dentists and specialists.
