ACVS 2023 Surgery Summit

The Outstanding Surgery Residents' Awards competition encourages the development of clinically important research and the dissemination of the results of these investigations, particularly those conducted by surgery residents.

ACVS residents receive awards for presentations at the Residents' Forums and Scientific Poster Presentations. ACVS and ECVS residents receive awards for publication in Veterinary Surgery.

Continuing Education Credits
ACVS will apply for continuing education credit for the 2023 ACVS Surgery Summit in jurisdictions which recognize the American Association of Veterinary State Boards’ (AAVSB) Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE) and the State Education Department of New York.

Participants should be aware that some boards have limitations on the number of hours accepted in certain categories and/or restrictions on certain methods of delivery of continuing education.
